Sunrise USB PVR Software

Available from Ocean Blue Software is our Freeview+ and Freeview+ HD, USB video recorder Software allows the user to freely record TV programmes or pause live TV using USB connected media. Key to this product is the ease of use for the user with recordings selected directly from the EPG, and the ability to display the list of recordings for easy selection without having to leave the TV environment.

Using this software allows manufacturers to keep down the cost of the STB or TV while offering the user the ability to record and store TV programs with ease of PVR and the flexibility of the VCR. There is no limit to the choice of storage size using a USB HDD, but the solution works just as well with USB memory stick, or even SD Memory card either through a direct interface or USB adaptor.

Features & Functions

The features include an intuitive UI (User Interface) and one step recording from the EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) as well as full listings of recorded content irrespective of the media chosen.
