Ocean Blue Software is a digital TV software specialist delivering quality DVB and middleware products for the connected home.  We develop and market software solutions for the EMEAR and Australasian digital TV markets and these are embedded into set top boxes and integrated Digital TVs (iDTVs).

Ocean Blue Software was co-founded in Bristol, UK, in 2004 by Kenneth Helps and Peter Boyt. Ken left the company in September 2012 to pursue his own career.

Our head office is in the UK and we have sales representatives in Japan to support worldwide development for our customers.

At the core of Ocean Blue software we have the engineering team, who have a wide range of software engineering capabilities, covering a variety of different fields, with highly developed skills in the set top box and digital TV market. We have an experienced and knowledgeable management team with over 30 years experience in the Digital TV industry. Ocean Blue Software consists of committed individuals who work together to achieve the visions of the company.

We offer personal on-site engineering support in our test labs with customers before, during and after the testing and accreditation process. Our products are developed to the highest standards and with the global market in mind, allowing us to offer robust solutions and competitive advantages to semiconductor companies, set top box and TV manufacturers, broadcasters and content developers.
